Emergency Services

The Village of Ashcroft has a volunteer fire department that is comprised of a Fire Chief, a Deputy Chief, Fire Captains and firefighters. In addition to providing fire protection for the community, the department carries out commercial fire inspections and participates in fire prevention programs within the schools. The Ashcroft Volunteer Firemen’s Association support the Muscular Dystrophy association with a variety of fundraisers throughout the year.

The Village of Ashcroft works with the Thompson Nicola Regional District for Emergency Preparedness Plans and training opportunities.
