Meeting Schedules

Ashcroft Council generally meets twice  a month on the second and fourth Mondays.  The meeting on the second Monday is held at 4:30 pm and the meeting held on the fourth Monday consists of a Committee of the Whole Meeting at 6:00 pm followed by the Regular Meeting of Council at 7:00 pm.  If the Monday is a statutory holiday then the meeting is held on the following Tuesday.

Agendas are prepared the week prior to the meeting and items for inclusion on the agenda must be received in our office by noon on the previous Monday.    Anyone wishing to address Council must submit a request to be included as a Delegation on the Regular Meeting Agenda or as a Presenter at the Committee of the Whole Meeting.

Four months during the year Council meets only once per month - July, August, September and December.
